Street Cat HUB has partnered with One Community Auto to promote vehicle donations that will provide additional funding to support our mission of providing spay and neuter to community cats.
How to Donate
Donating your vehicle to help Street Cat HUB is easy and at no cost to you. We accept donations from anywhere in the nation (ALL 50 states).

We will provide pickup at your convenience, handle all the title work, and provide you with a receipt. It is a simple process that is critical in helping street cats obtain spay/neuter and vaccines.
Why Donate?
Free Towing: We will pick up your vehicle donation, running or not, when it is most convenient, at home, work, or the shop.
Easy Paperwork: We handle everything: MVD and IRS paperwork is done quickly and efficiently. We handle all title paperwork so you have nothing to worry about.

Example Scenarios of When to Donate
Scenario 1:
You’re looking to trade in your old vehicle for a new one. The dealer offers you only a few hundred dollars as a trade. If you donate the exact same vehicle, you will receive a minimum of a $500 tax deduction. Your vehicle will then be able to go to someone who wants it and the proceeds of your vehicle donation will aid community cats in Albuquerque and its surrounding areas.
Scenario 2:
You have received a hand-me-down vehicle from one of your family members. It has been sitting for a number of years and its title is nowhere to be found. You cannot bear to see it crushed at the junkyard.
This is not an issue for us as we accept any vehicle running or not, title or not. Your car donation will ensure that the car lives on while the proceeds provide support to community cats in and around the Albuquerque area.
Scenario 3:
You had a fender bender on the way home from work. The insurance company wants to total out your vehicle but you know it has a lot of life left. This is not an issue; you can donate a vehicle to help community cats in and around the Albuquerque area. Allow the insurance company to total your vehicle but ask to buy it back. Sometimes it’s only a few dollars and you will get a minimum of a $500 tax deduction or what it sells for.

We accept ALL vehicle donations: Cars, RVs, Motorcycles, Boats, Planes, Trucks, Farm Equipment, Heavy Equipment, “Totaled” Vehicles, Trailers, and Fleet Equipment of all Kinds. We accept anything on wheels!
What paperwork do I need to donate my vehicle?
Generally, you need the title free of liens but please call us to discuss your situation.
Is my donated vehicle tax-deductible?
Yes, we are a 501(c)(3) organization and have been approved by the IRS to receive donated items and issue a tax-deductible donation receipt for the item. Therefore, your vehicle donation may be 100% tax deductible based on your personal tax situation. Please check with your tax advisor if you need more information.

Do you accept wrecked vehicles?
Yes, many times it costs pennies on the dollar to buy back your vehicle and then donate it. We will handle the logistics of getting it from the tow yard or auction for you so you have nothing to worry about.
